Conservation work to slated roofs, Grade II listed townhouses in Westminster.
The practice was engaged to submit a detailed application for renewal and repair to the slated roofs of two adjoining townhouses on Wilton Crescent, just northwest of Belgrave Square.
Through historic research we were able to identify both roofs as being non-original, although one roof was an historic, likely c19 replacement of the original at a higher level. The works were designed to carefully preserve all historic fabric while substantially reducing the risk of further leaks to the property.
Listed building consent and full planning submitted October 2026.
