Light-touch refurbishment to flat in Grade II listed terrace, Westminster.
The work consists of a light-touch refurbishment and reconfiguration of a ground floor flat in a Grade II listed terrace, Marylebone. To support the various internal reconfigurations, we submitted evidence of original layouts and subsequent alterations to Westminster, sourced from the Portman Estate Archives.
Listed building consent and full planning submitted October 2026.
