Extensions, refurbishment, and conservation to a Grade II listed Regency villa in St John’s Wood, London.
Planning permission and listed building consent were secured in 2024 to minimally extend to the rear and side of a Grade II listed home in Westminster, in tandem with a suite of internal alterations, conservation, and restoration interventions.
