Substantial extensions and refurbishment to townhouse in Balham.
The practice was brought in post-commencement to complete the design of the works while under construction. Dormer extension, rear/side extension, and substantial internal reconfiguration. We also secured an additional permission for a roof terrace atop the rear permitted development dormer window.
